I am not a writer but with the service I got it comes easy to tell what gre at service I received. I had a problem with my air conditioner. It was not getting very cool. I called a place I had done business with before and they recommended Murphy's and I had not heard of them. They were recommended because I own a double wide and am told the it takes a special type of set up for mobile homes. I called Murphy's and Ben came to next day. He checked out my system and told me it could go anytime and was not fixable. He also told me that it could work for quite a while longer. I liked his honesty. I asked what he could do for me. He gave me some options and information to help me make a decision. I called him with more questions and he answered. I arrived at a decision and Ben came over and we talked some more and after I made my decision he told me that he had the same unit in his home. We talked about the money and I explained what I would need to do to arrange payment and we set a date and they showed up and they got done about a hour quic ker that what they promised. I had a problem with the unit as it quit working and I called Ben and he came right over. He made me feel like he would not sleep knowing that something was wrong. He arrived. He made an adjustment and all has been great since. The temperature stays the same all the time. It does not very at all. This house feels the same all the time. I think the world of Murphy's.

I highly recommend the services of Murphy’s HVAC.  Murphy’s HVAC has serviced our heating and air conditioning needs for the past six years, and I have always been completely satisfied.  They do an excellent job, are always punctual, and offer extremely competitive rates.
 
This spring Murphy’s HVAC replaced the original furnace in our 30-year old house, along with a 15-year old heat pump that wasn’t quite a match to the furnace, and finally, the thermostat that, due to its ill-conceived location, had been knocked off the wall only twice in the last 25 years.  The need to replace these items did not come as a surprise.  Three years ago, Gary Murphy, president of the company at that time, informed us that we could probably get a few more years from our existing system.  He was exactly right.
 
On May 10th I called Murphy’s, as the air conditioning was not functioning.  Ben Abel, Murphy’s HVAC president, and Jeremiah Murphy were able to see to my problem on May 11th.  Later that afternoon they presented me with three proposals.  On May 12th my old units were gone and the new system was running, cooling, and cleaning the air.

I must add that when Gary and his wife made service calls they always carried a ready supply of dog biscuits and Katie Rose, our dog, was most appreciative of those biscuits.  And this time, too, she did indeed climb into Ben’s van in search of her favorite treats from Murphy’s HVAC.
